Main Hall

Our spacious and versatile Main Hall is perfect for private functions, conferences, events, and club activities. Measuring 9.1m x 17.8m, it features a stage, blackout blinds, and soundproofing, creating the perfect setting for any occasion. The hall accommodates up to 135 people, including bar and catering staff, in line with fire regulations. –Fire doors open onto a private lawn area, covering three sides of the building. The rear space includes football posts, and one side can be used as an extension to the hall, suitable for a marquee (if hired separately).
-A public address system with a wireless handheld microphone is available.
-Music playback options include Bluetooth, a 3.5mm jack, and a 6mm jack socket.
–Kitchen access is available via a connecting corridor
-A small car park with disabled parking is located at the front of the building. Committee Room

The Committee Room offers a private and functional space, ideal for business meetings, small clubs, and activities. The hirer has access to 8 small tables, which can be arranged or removed to suit your event needs. The room measures 4.5m x 3.6m, providing ample space for productive meetings or small functions. With flexible seating arrangements, this space ensures a comfortable and professional setting for various occasions.
Kitchen

Our semi-commercial kitchen is fully equipped to support catering functions and food service. It includes a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettles and 2 hot water boilers, and all the necessary cutlery and crockery. The kitchen measures 4.7m x 3.6m and is available for use when hiring the Main Hall or Meeting Room, whether for washing up, serving drinks, or preparing pre-cooked food. For catering purposes, full access to the kitchen’s oven and other equipment is provided. There is a fully stocked bar which is available and is staffed by committee members at no extra cost. Internet access is also available and can take card payments at the bar.

Our facility offers a range of toilets to accommodate all guests, including provisions for men, women, disabled access, and baby changing.

Next to Carlton Village Hall, there is a sports field with football goals, managed by the Village Hall. Additionally, the village has various children’s play areas with a selection of equipment, which are overseen by Carlton Parish Council(please confirm management). These spaces provide excellent opportunities for recreation, exercise, and family activities.
Car Park

Carlton Village Hall offers parking for 10+ cars, including one disabled space and one parent parking space, located on a hard-surfaced car park at the front of the hall. For larger events, an overflow car park on the adjacent sports field provides space for an additional 25 cars.
A defibrillator and grit bin are conveniently located to the right-hand side of the main entrance for emergency use.
